The STR NexusPrivacy

In short
We keep what we need to run your workspace, and nothing else. We never sell it or share it, there are no ads, and nothing follows you to other sites. STR Nexus is responsible for it.
Visiting the sites
We count visits to this site with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies, and nothing is stored in your browser until you sign in. There is no session replay and no third-party tracker. The inquiry form and the form for Thursday's piece use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person sent them, with no puzzle to solve.
Where you first arrived from
When you open a workspace, we keep where you first arrived from (the page and the link that brought you), once, with your account. It tells us which pages help hosts. It is never shared.
In the workspace
We record what happens in your workspace (a lesson opened, a message copied) to make it work better for you. It is first-party, kept for 13 months, and never sold or shared.
We email you what you ask for: a copy of an inquiry you send from your workspace (from the site, a short note that it arrived), a service the studio delivers, and the reminders and notices you choose in Settings. If you ask for Thursday's piece from the Review on the site, we first email you a link to confirm, and Resend keeps your address on that one list only once you do, until you leave it. Every optional email has a one-click link to stop it, with no sign-in. We never send an email that sells.
Who helps us run it
Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring) and Cloudflare (hosting, Web Analytics for counting visits, and Turnstile on the forms). No others.
Your data
In your workspace's Settings, *Export* saves a copy of everything you keep there, and *Delete* deletes your account and all it holds, with your sign-in; while a service you paid for is still being made, Delete waits until it is delivered. Or write to us and we will do it for you. Stripe keeps its own record of a payment, as the law requires.
