The STR NexusTerms
Last updated 20 Oct 2026.
Who we are
The STR Nexus is operated by STR Nexus. These terms cover strnexus.com and the workspace at app.strnexus.com; kulachkastudio.com has its own.
Your workspace
Your workspace is free, and it stays free. You keep what you put in it. You are responsible for what you share from it, such as a house guide or a link for a cleaner.
Not medical advice
The workspace and Kulachka Studio's content, Ayurveda included, are about hospitality and how a stay feels. They are not medical advice, and they do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. A guest with a health question should ask their own doctor.
Purchases
Every purchase is one-time; nothing renews. An unlock opens one experience's full lesson and toolkit, or one tool, in your workspace, for as long as you have an account. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is taken by Stripe. If a purchase is refunded, what it unlocked is removed from your workspace.
Services
Each service is delivered as its page in the workspace and on Services describes: what it includes, when it is delivered, and its limits. Those descriptions are part of these terms.
Changes
When these terms change, the date above changes with them, and a change that matters is told to you in the workspace first.
