The Sensory Listing Audit
Your listing, read the way a guest's nervous system reads it.
Tell us what your property needs. Svetlana reads every answer, and what hosts ask for shapes what we build next.
A few taps, one question at a time. Svetlana answers within two working days.
Remote work starts in your free workspace. On-site work starts with a conversation.
Your listing, read the way a guest's nervous system reads it.
One custom guest experience, designed for your property and your guest, ready to sell.
One designed sensory space, and the guest offers that live inside it.
The Signature Space, drawn from three days we spend living your property.
We move in and build the whole experience for a one-of-a-kind property.
Every room, one felt story: the property-wide build for a boutique hotel, spa, retreat, inn, or lodge.
Your answers are the application. Svetlana invites the properties she can serve best to a call, and sends the proposal two days after it.

Kulachka Studio made the guest experiences in the workspace and the tips in every lesson. It also works with hosts directly: a listing read and rewritten, an experience or a space designed for one property, a whole property built on site.
Experts who solve one specific problem for hosts, and solve it well: design, cleaning and operations, revenue and pricing, photography, direct booking, wellness. If that is you, tell us about your work.
When the Hub opens to more experts, we'll write to everyone who asked.
Svetlana reads every answer. We keep a host's answers for 24 months, to reply and to learn what hosts need; then your name and email are erased and only the answers stay, as counts. An expert's details stay until the Hub opens to more experts, or until you ask us to remove them. Your answers stay with us: nothing is sold or shared. The box that lets us write to you later is separate, and you tick it yourself. To have your answers deleted, write to us; the Privacy page has the rest.
